This is a great interview! Very good questions and answers. I watch / listen to your interviews for the lessons. The videos are great because they add a little bit of the personal dynamic – they show the personality, emotions, expressions of the interviewer and interviewee. However, the lessons are the “essence” of the interview so audio is just as good, in my opinion.

It's interesting to hear about Dharmesh's experience of working with family – a topic that you have also touched on in the past. Some of the issues discussed there are the same that I have wondered about. Sometimes people hesitate to work with friends or family (especially people who are not immediate family such as your parents or siblings) because they are afraid of the personal relationship deteriorating as a result of the business relationship.

Dharmesh Shah was such a great interviewee. He articulated his thoughts well and provided valuable insights. He also spoke clearly and paused appropriately, so the audio quality was excellent – there was no overlapping conversations.

Andrew, I have to disagree with you in this video :). You are a great communicator, you lay the interview out well so your interviewee and listeners are informed and at ease. You ask the right questions that bring important issues up from under the surface. In person, you are a nice guy with positive energy to be around – and it does show on video.

This questions about why? to me in “my world” doesn't make any sense, it's (just) like you're telling someone who wants to be a writer, why are you doing that, there are tons of great writer out there?

To a real entrepreneur this question doesn't exist, most live with the mantra, why not! I have tons of reasons why I want to do this. what I do may be to a smaller audience in a local meetup or convention hall. However from the possibility of being an interviewer/communicator, I see many more possibilities coming out of this for myself and others.
