Unexpected because being that I know very little about his field and business, I wouldn't have figured I'd get so much out of it. Sure, the business model may be different, but it's easy to leave with some great takeaways from this one. <br><br>Also, even though I've heard "don't worry about perfection" a billion times before, it somehow means more having that come from an entrepreneur that's been doing it this long, and is in an industry that is very likely less tolerant of imperfection.
