How do you figure out your price point?

user feedback?

part art, part science?

quantify your users,

what is your business? crayon? or aspirin?

the value of your service

how great you were and are now?

have you get part of your business wrong and recover from that?

online relationships are often forge offline.

you define success

soul food , believe in what you are doing.

I specially like “Getting Real” from Mike's recommendations.

I think this company is in the same league with 37signals it would be useful if I could see “similar interviews” in the side bar so I could keep on watching.

Thanks a lot Andrew for bringing this excellent content for free!

Here are couple of them:
- Always listen to your customers to improve your product
- Don't give them what they wont, give them what they need and follow your vision (well this is what separates you from others)
- You must have best support possible for your customers

There are lot of them but this 3 are basic :)

Keep up the good work,
Haris

I recommend it to newbie business owners just starting out. It's incredibly user friendly and automated. It takes the guesswork out of business finance - seriously!
